How to take care of your skin after age of 30?

Your skin starts showing signs of ageing after 30. Or due to a hectic lifestyle like kids, career, family you may not get time to take care of your skin. Your skin looks dull and wrinkles also start appearing. Proper skin care is required if you want to look young like before. I am not saying that you become old after 30 but skin repair process become slow when we grow. Here are tips to keep your skin healthy and glowing.




Healthy diet: A proper healthy diet is very essential when it comes to skin. Include fibre, whole grains and lots of fruit in your diet. Vitamin E is essential for the growth of new skin cells.




Quite smoking: If you are a regular smoker then you skin will suffer as smoking cause pre mature ageing. So quite smoking.




Use eye cream: The sign of aging first start to appear in the area below the eyes. So special care is needed to avoid darks circle. Apply an eye cream below your eyes at night. Eye cream should contain vitamin A and vitamin E.



Hydrate your skin: After 3o skin mostly remains dry all the time so you need to moisture it time to time. You can use moisture cream or serum to hydrate your skin. A serum is the better option as it contains nutrients also.




Skin care products with SPF filter: Your creams and lotions should contain SPF filter to protect your screen from sun damage.


 
Exfoliation: Exfoliation is the process in which dead cells are removed from the layer of your skin and make space for new cells. You should exfoliate your skin at least two times a week to prevent aging.



Drink water: Water is good for skin. Drink at least eight glass of water a day.




Anti-aging cream: When you buy anti-aging cream, look for ingredients like vitamin c, Glycolic Acid and Niacinamide. They help in removing dark spots prevent ageing and protect skin from sun damage.
