How to stay in shape even after marriage?

All of us want to look gorgeous and slim on our wedding day. And do whatever we can to get that sexy figure. But what happen after marriage? We start to gain weight. Most of the girls think that since they have got the perfect guy so why bother about weight now? There are so many other reasons also for weight gain like too many parties, no time for a workout, eating unhealthy food and much more. Don’t you always want to look sexy for your partner? Here are the tricks:



Cook low-fat food: Most women show their love to their husband by cooking delicious food that contains all the fats in the world like ghee, butter and what’s not. Try to cook low fats healthy food. Low-fat foods are also tasty. I am not saying to give up completely on fatty food. Keep it for special occasions.




Go for a walk together: I can understand you want to spend every single second with each other then why not go for a walk together. Or you can also join dance class together. This way you will be able to spend quality time together and also stay fit.



Give priority to your health: You got married does not mean that you will give priority to your husband and family only. Your health should be your priority instead. If you stay healthy, then only you will be able to take care of your family. Doing daily chores only will not help in staying healthy; you should give at least 45 minutes to your workout.



Motivate each other: If one partner feels lazy and does not feel like working out then, you can motivate your partner for the workout.



Fill your fridge with healthy food: To avoid eating junk food when you feel hungry, fill your fridge with fruits, juice, etc.




Avoid eating late night: Make it a habit of eating dinner early. It will not only help you in staying fit, but you will get more time with you partner to get cosy.
