How to stay slim in winters?

Winter is the season of getting cosy with your partner, enjoying food and weather. In this season most of the people gain weight also. The reason being, it is chilling outside and you can’t imagine yourself getting up from bed and working out. So you end up gaining 3-4 pounds at the end of season. And then you need to workout extra hard to reduce those extra pounds. Here are the tips to stay slim even in the chilling weather:

Keep a water bottle with you: It happens that when your body is dehydrated you feel that you are hungry and end up eating fats. So next time when you feel like eating drink a glass of water instead of eating food.


Go to a party with full stomach:  If you are planning to go out for a party, make sure you go with full stomach.  This way you will feel less tempted towards unhealthy food of party and save yourself from gaining extra pounds.


Start your day with soup: Soups are the best food to start your day with in winters. If you eat vegetable soup as your first meal in the morning you will feel less hungry throughout the day. This way you would eat fewer calories in a day.


Work it out baby: I know it is the most difficult thing to do in winter. After all who want to leave that cosy bed for a stupid workout. But if you go for a jog at early morning you will much better and energetic. No diet plan will work if you don’t exercise.  If it is very cold outside and you are in mood to go out then do indoor workouts. 


Avoid sugar: Avoid comfort foods which are full of sugar. Switch to wholefoods like oats, brown rice etc.
