Burning that stubborn fat is not an easy task but you try some simple tricks then you can definitely burn it fast. A good, fit body is what we all desired for. You can burn more fats by trying some below tricks.


Green tea: Green tea has numerous health benefits and one of them is it helps in losing weight. It boosts metabolism and helps in burning up to 70 calories in a day. Drink green tea thrice a day to get the most out of it.



Weight lifting: It helps in burning mote calories fast. Lifting weights increase your stamina to burn more fat.
Eat more protein: Women lose muscles overtime. So it is important to eat protein to get more lean muscles and burn more fats.



Every bite counts: if you think eating one or two bites of pizza or cake everyday, won’t make any difference then you are wrong. Once in a while indulgence in your favourite food is ok but mindless munching is what you need to stop.
