Belly fat is the worst type of fats and makes you look crap. It also creates other health issues like diabetes, obesity, heart diseases, etc. And there is no magic trick to losing that stubborn belly fat. To lose it you will have to work hard, really hard. A healthy diet with proper workout is the key to getting rid of belly fat. So here are tips that can help you in getting the beautiful flat stomach.



Don’t stress yourself: People mostly take stress if they can’t lose their weight, and this stress makes them fatter. When you stress a fat storage hormone is released by your body named Cortisol. This hormone increases your appetite and ultimately causes weight gain.



Don’t reduce your calories intake: Those who just reduce their calories intake instead of doing exercise won’t get a flat tummy. It is better to do the proper workout because any exercise increases your metabolism and dieting make it slow.



High-intensity workouts: It has been proven that high-intensity workouts burn calories faster than low intensity. High intensity means if you are running then run as you have stolen something. Run with your full strength and you will get the result fast.
