- Use stairs: Have you ever notice that in metro platform there is a sign saying ‘Stay Fit’ on the side of stairs. So use stairs instead of elevator unless you have a joint problem. I always use stairs weather in metro or in office. It helps you in staying fit.
- Daily Chores: You can lose weight even while doing your daily household chores. By sweeping your floor you can burn upto 150 calories. These daily chores like dusting, cleaning keeps you fit.
- Take time to walk: If you are busy enough for any workout then do a simple thing. When you come home from your office, get down a stop before and walk till home. You should walk atleast 1000 steps a day.
- Play: If you are married and have kids then great. Take some time to play with your kids. You will enjoying playing with your kids and also reduce some calories.
- Early to bed, early to rise: Don’t stay up till late night. 8 hour sleep is essential for staying fit.
- Eat healthy food: It is ok to eat your favourite pizza sometime but don’t make it a routine. Junk food not only makes you fat but also very unhealthy. There is a saying ‘What you eat is what you are’. So watch what you eat.
