Eat more iron: We women’s are prone to many diseases like thinning hairs, brittle nails, fatigue, depression etc. To prevent these diseases it is imperative to eat enough iron. Include kale, spinach, beans in your diet.
Don’t be afraid of fats: My dear beautiful ladies, I know you are so figure conscious that you don’t touch anything that contains fats. But do you know healthy fats are necessary for our eyes, immune system and hairs. Healthy fats is found in almonds, avocado, coconuts, walnuts etc.
Walk daily: Walking is great for improving health and keeping weight under control. It has numerous other benefits also. Moreover you can start walking at any age. So ladies, wake up early morning and go for walk.
Eat protein: We women start to lose muscles as we age 30. So it is important to eat enough protein to maintain muscle mass. Eat protein rich food like meat, fish, vegetables and nuts.
Eat less salt: Salt is not good for bones and also it cause problem of high blood pressure. So avoid eating salty foods.
Reduce risk of cancer: Get a skin check test done every month. If you find any dark spot or mole on your skin then it is the time to see a doctor. One most important tip is always wear a hat when you are out in the sun to prevent cancer.
Sleep well: It is imperative to get atleast 8 hours sleep if you want to want to look fit avoid dark circles and improve metabolism.
Self care: Care for your body like you care for your family, kids. First learn to love yourself then only you will be able to love others. Take time out, go to parlour and get your manicure, pedicure, waxing done. You will feel great.
