How women’s can get great abs

Anybody can get that beautiful washboard abs, with right diet and workouts. Even girls can have that sexy ab by doing the right amount of exercise. By doing only crunches you won’t get abs, you must reduce overall body fat. This is a myth that you can reduce fats from only one portion of your body. Lose overall fats and then tone the muscles of your tummy to get abs. Here are tips to get sexy abs:



Avoid soda: Before starting any workout for getting abs, give up soda which contains lots of calories. Replace soda with lemon juice or water.



Give up fast food: If you want to have sexy abs then forgets the fast food completely. Switch to a healthy home-made meal instead.



Work on your whole body: Doing only crunches won’t help. Develop strength around your core. Don’t go overboard, perform high-quality exercise daily. Add cardio to your exercise routine.



Don’t skip meals: If you are thinking that by starving yourself you will get abs, then you are mistaken. Eat a proper healthy meal and add lots of protein to your diet.



Bicycle Exercise: Bicycle exercise is very to tone up belly muscles.  Lie on your back and move your legs like you move your legs on a pedal.



Crunches using ball: Crunches are also effective in getting sexy abs. For best results use exercise ball while doing crunches. Sit on ball, place your hands behind your head and legs on the floor and do crunches.



Do Sit-ups: Do at least three sets of 10 sit-ups daily as they work on the core of your body. Make sure to focus on your breathing.



Reverse fly: Stand on a stand-up a machine with straight knees, bend your waist back. Repeat this procedure five times. Works great for core strength.



Bend your waist: Stand straight first then bend your waist and touch your left toe finger with a right hand and vice verse. It is a fun activity and works great for abs.



Twist and turn: Stand straight and touch your right knees with left elbow and repeat same for right elbow.



Walk fast: If you are not comfortable in running then go for a walk. Just walk fast enough so that you can feel your heart pumping. Plug in your earphone and walk.



Use stairs: Climbing the stairs can help you in getting great abs. It’s is also good for toning up your legs.



Cardio: Cardio is a great way for getting abs. Do cardio at least five times a week for 30 minutes.
Sit and walk straight: Poor body posture will only make you look fat. Tighten up your belly muscles and walk straight.



Stay motivated: Keep a photo of a model in a bikini or read motivational quotes, do whatever to inspire yourself.
