You are working way too hard to get rid of your belly fat but not getting the results? Even after taking the proper diet you are not losing belly fats. Here are the reasons why you are not losing your belly fat.

Eating alot at night: Are you eating too much at nights? Do you crave for pizza and other junk food at night? This is the reason you feel bloated and uncomfortable in the morning. If you are eating overeating at night then there is no way you can lose your belly fat. It is recommended to eat 2 hours before sleeping. If you still fill hungry at night then eat something light like fruits.

Not doing the right workout: It might be possible that you are not doing the right workout for your belly. Only cardio won’t give you flat tummy. You need to do abs workout, weight lifting and cardio. Cardio helps in reducing overall body fat but if your target is to lose belly fat then combination of above workouts will help.

Age factor: When you get older, your metabolism tends to slow down. It becomes difficult to lose weight. And especially women face problem after menopause because of hormonal changes. Most of them gain weight after menopause especially on abdominal area.

Lack of sleep: Are not you sleeping enough? If you have the habit of sleeping less than 6 hours then you tend to gain weight easily because sleep deprivation cause apetite simulator. So get enough sleep.

Eating too much sodium: If you are having too much of salty food especially at night then you will definitely feel bloated. Excess of sodium removes water from your body and you feel bloated and heavy from abdominal. So cut down on sodium.

Not doing enough workout: You might be doing walk or jogging but not enough to lose belly fat. Belly fat is not that easy to lose. Do weight lifting and high intensity cardio to get rid of stubborn belly fat.
