Eat protein rich diet: The main cause of hair fall is the lack of proper diet. If your body lack proper nutrients and protein then your hairs will never be in good condition. So eat protein rich food like meat, protein shakes, diary, beans, eggs etc.
Don’t take stress: Yes it is true that stress cause hair loss. So don’t take stress, try yoga, meditation to help fight stress.
Avoid heat on your hair: Blow dryer, hair straighter and hot roller all cause hair fall. It damages your hair. So avoid them.
Limit alcohol: Regular drinker can face the problem of hair loss as alcohol prevents hair growth. So limit your alcohol consumption.
Vitamin E: Vitamin E is proven to be advantageous in terms of hair growth. You can apply vitamin E oil on your scalp to increase blood circulation or you can eat vitamin E rich food like sprouts, nuts, green vegetables etc.
