Keep a water bottle with you: Bring a water bottle with you always. Drink water every 1 hour, this way you will fill fuller and won’t indulge in drinking soft drinks when thirsty. Moreover, water helps in losing weight.
Sitting makes the matter worst: If you keep on sitting at one place for longer than usual, then you will have to carry the fat around your belly for all your life. And you surely don’t want that. So keep moving.
Alone crunches won’t do: If you are thinking doing crunches alone will give you the flat tummy then, you are wrong. For flatter stomach, you need to indulge in different types of workouts like running, brisk walking and yoga.
Slimming Food: There are so many foods that help in reducing belly fat like avocado, macadamias nuts, olive oil, sunflower seeds, etc. So include these foods in your diet.
