Salty food: The food high in salt won’t do any good to your skin except leaving you with puffy eyes. Salty food retains water in the body; you may also feel bloated after having it. So avoid it completely.
Dairy products: Most of the dairy products like milk can contribute to acne problem. It cause breakout in your skin. If you are facing acne issue then try cutting on dairy products.
Alcohol: Think twice before asking for quarter on your boss party. Alcohol is acidic and makes your skin dry. It leads to problems like skin dullness, wrinkles and premature aging. It is worst for your skin because everytime it left your skin dehydrated.
Sugar: Sugar whether in refined form or added form is the worst enemy for your skin. It raises blood sugar and cause breakouts. If you are suffering from dull skin issue then cut down on sugar. The worst culprits in sugar are white sugar, processed sugar and brown sugar.
Processed food: Processed foods like canned food are high in salt. Salt suck out all the water from your body cells and leaves your skin dry. So eat only fresh food.
Fast food: Fast food like pizza, French fries and burger ruins your skin in worst way possible. They contain transfats that not only make you gain weight but create problem in blood circulation which is not good for your skin.
